Based on the British Basha, The Swack-Shack is 8 1/2 feet
long and just over 7 feet wide! That's 60 square
feet of cover - enough for you, your gear and some firewood too! Just don't make any plans for
a pantry; this bivy is made for those on the move and ready for the weather. The Swack-Shack
weighs in at 1 1/4 pounds. It's constructed of 70 D Nylon Ripstop, #46 Mil-Spec Bonded Nylon Thread, has 3 loops of
1/2" nylon webbing along the center and 4 - 3/8" grommets along each of the two sides.
Need a little more ventilation on one of those hot summer nights while keeping the heavy morning dew off
you and your gear? No problem! There's no limit to the ways you can configure a bivy with this bad boy!
