We have been asked many times, why we don't have a contact phone number advertised.  The answer is very simple.  By eliminating the time spent answering the phone and taking orders by phone we can maximize the time necessary to design and create unique and innovative gear to put on our web site.  We check our email throughout the day, send responses, answer questions, process orders and ship packages.  Should the need arise to make or receive phone calls, numbers will be exchanged at that time.  But for the most part, we are in and out of the office on a regular basis.  This is best resolved by automation and, for that reason, is how our site is set up.
